My experience with the TrailDeck by Broaddict 2/9/2026
Broaddict has a great solution for the Bronco cargo area.
There were three main items I wanted to address for the Bronco cargo area. The first is leveling the cargo floor to the level of the rear seats when folded down. Second, is to have a pull out storage compartment without losing more cargo space. Lastly, is to have a slide-out table for easier access to items stored and for it to double as fridge slide for camping. Broaddict has met all criteria that I initially sought out and more.
Why is leveling the floor important to me? In overlanding, there are two options when camping out and sleeping overnight. One is to sleep outside such as a roof-mounted tent or ground tent and the other is to sleep inside the vehicle. My choice is to sleep inside the vehicle and in the Bronco when the rear seats are folded down there is a height difference between the floor and the rear seats. The Broaddict TrailDeck completely fills in the space and perfectly creates a flat surface from the tailgate to the rear seats. Thus, creating the perfect space for all my overlanding needs.
When I first saw that dual-layer bronco cargo slide storage system, I knew someone at Broaddict was thinking like I would be about maximizing the utility of every inch of space. This is actually the feature that made me decide instantly, that the TrailDeck was perfect for me.
The pull-out storage drawer has been in normal daily use since installation and it’s not just for overlanding. The flexibility that this genius added feature creates endless possibilities. It is where I store my tools and hardware kits from other endless add-ons available for the Bronco at Broaddict and other places, making it a mobile work bench. The ease of use and convenience of this feature is a real game changer in my opinion. There isn’t anything else out there like this that doesn’t require a full built out cabinet system.

Having a full slide out table is without a doubt, the best option for the Bronco while camping. The TrailDeck comes with two channels that allow the provided eyelets as adjustable tie-down points for securing cargo. Most importantly, It also acts as a fridge slide.

The quality of construction is impressive. Working in the manufacturing industry for thirty years, I can recognize the TrailDeck was built using quality parts engineered to work flawlessly and best of all, no assembly requirements.
Receiving my TrailDeck and the packaging. All of us know the delivery process can be concerning these days. My package was banged up and I was fearful of damages to the slide-out. Luckily, Broaddict packages the TrailDeck with heavy duty foam which incases the whole slide-out top, bottom and sides. I was impressed how well it was packaged and survived the trip to my front door. It arrived in perfect condition.

Installation was a breeze. Removing the OEM floor was simple by removing the bolts that hold down the four anchor points and taking out the carpeted flooring. Using the same bolts to install the TrailDeck is easy as that and couldn’t be simpler.

I strongly recommend the TrailDeck by Broaddict. For the reasons already mentioned and heavy-duty construction, I am certain that this product will last a very long time and stand the test of time.
Equally as important as the product and product details is the customer service. Broaddict is responsive to questions and concerns. Not only customer service but I can tell that the team is active and responsive to potential customers by responding to questions and concerns or general comments on Bronco forums. This shows their commitment to and improving their products and customer experience. I do not know of another company in space that will post a “how can we make it better” thread for products still in the design phase.
As in the case of the TrailDeck packaging, though my personal experience was a good one, there were others that were not due to nature of package delivery. They addressed those concerns that they received and posted for everyone to see that they are listening to their customers and by extension potential customers of the new packaging 2.0 for the TrailDeck. This is being responsible and shows what kind of company they and trying to be.
In many manufacturing companies, there are systems of continuous improvement where companies constantly implement small, incremental improvements to services, products, and processes. It is apparent to me at least, that Broaddict has embraced this philosophy either fully or partially. From what I’ve experienced and seen this is a company to get behind and support them like they have demonstrated they are supporting their customers and the general public.
I will continue to purchase their products and recommend to anyone who asks that the TrailDeck from Broaddict is a definite buy.
