Returns Policy

If you would like to return a product please contact us. We will provide a return shipping label and the RMA reference number which must accompany the return.

Items shipped from Broaddict can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. ORDERS MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT BY CUSTOMERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

• ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE IN UNOPENED AND IN SALABLE CONDITION TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
• IF THE ITEM IS OPENED, USED OR UNSELLABLE, THE ORDERS MIGHT BE UNREFUNDABLE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT A FULL, PARTIAL OR NO REFUND.
• Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.

Safety Information

It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to have all bolts/nuts checked for tightness after the first 500 miles, and then again every 1,000 miles. Wheel alignment, steering system, suspension, and driveline systems must be inspected by a qualified, professional mechanic at least every 3,000 miles.
