BROADDICT 2-Year Limited Warranty

BROADDICT products are covered by a two-year limited warranty beginning on the original purchase date.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers product quality defects and other non-user-caused failures that occur during normal, intended use when the product has been installed and maintained correctly.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, use beyond the product’s stated capacity, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, corrosion caused by chemicals or environmental exposure, lost or stolen items, or damage caused by the vehicle or another product.

How to Make a Claim

Email service@broaddict.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We may request additional information to verify the cause and determine the appropriate solution.

Available Remedies

For an approved claim, BROADDICT may repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the product, or issue another appropriate remedy at its discretion. BROADDICT will cover approved shipping costs for a confirmed product quality issue.

After-Sales Parts

If damage is not covered by the warranty or occurs after the warranty period, compatible after-sales replacement parts may be available for purchase at the customer’s expense. Availability varies by product. Contact our support team for assistance.
