- Product colors, versions, and combinations are selected based on current warehouse availability.

- Inventory is limited. Once a product pool sells out, it may not be restocked for this event.
Final Sale Notice
Mystery Box items are sold as a limited inventory event. Due to the random selection nature of this activity, Mystery Box purchases are final except in cases of confirmed product quality issues or shipping damage.
Requests based on personal preference, color preference, duplicate items, or receiving a different product than the sample photos may not be accepted.

Returns Policy
If you would like to return a product please contact us. We will provide a return shipping label and the RMA reference number which must accompany the return.
Items shipped from Broaddict can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. ORDERS MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT BY CUSTOMERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
- ALL PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE IN UNOPENED AND IN SALABLE CONDITION TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
- IF THE ITEM IS OPENED, USED OR UNSELLABLE, THE ORDERS MIGHT BE UNREFUNDABLE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT A FULL, PARTIAL OR NO REFUND.
- Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
- WE REQUIRE PICTURES OF DAMAGED GOODS IN ORDER TO ISSUE A RETURN/REFUND.
- WE WILL SEND PREPAID RETURN LABLE ONLY IF CUSTOMERS RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCTS AND QUALIFIED FOR EXCHANGE.
- SHIPPING COST IS NOT REFUNDABLE FOR CUSTOMER'S CHANGE OF MIND.
- YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM IN CASE IS A NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
- SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Safety Information
It is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to have all bolts/nuts checked for tightness after the first 500 miles, and then again every 1,000 miles. Wheel alignment, steering system, suspension, and driveline systems must be inspected by a qualified, professional mechanic at least every 3,000 miles.
